I could’ve missed something, but I’m sure it showed as in stock when I ordered. Next thing I know, it was suddenly sold out. That’s really the main part I remember, and it was frustrating...

"I don’t know, I expected the exchange..."
I don’t know, I expected the exchange to be simple, but it ended up taking way longer than it should have. Like, I kept waiting for it to get sorted and it just felt dragged out. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely more hassle than I was hoping for.

"Fabric was too scratchy for me"
I really wanted to like this, but the fabric just wasn’t comfortable on my skin. It felt scratchy pretty much right away, so I couldn’t wear it for long. I think the brand should be more upfront about the texture or take customer feedback on the material seriously, because comfort is a big part of what people are paying for.

"The vibe felt off to me"
I stopped in hoping to just browse for a bit, but i didn’t feel comfortable there. The store felt cramped, and the whole atmosphere was kind of tense instead of relaxed. I don’t think customers should be made to feel like they’re in the way when they’re just trying to shop. Maybe other people won’t mind it, but for me, the vibe made the visit unenjoyable and I didn’t feel like sticking around.

"Felt like I got misled by the listing"
I ordered this because the pictures and description made it look thicker and better quality than it actually is. When it showed up, it felt cheap, and the color was way different from what I expected. The sizing info was off too, so it didn’t fit the way it was supposed to. I hate feeling like I’ve been fooled by a listing, and that’s exactly how this felt. Disappointed and I wouldn’t buy from this again.

"Restock updates could’ve been handled better"
I signed up for the restock alerts and even sent a message asking when the item might be available again. I wasn’t expecting a perfect answer, but I would’ve appreciated something clearer. Instead, it kind of felt like my question was just brushed off.

I checked the site later on my own and saw that it had already come back and sold out again. No email, no heads up, nothing. it was frustrating, especially when I was genuinely trying to buy it

I stopped in with a couple of quick questions, and I don’t know if I caught them at a bad time or what, but the staff seemed kind of annoyed that I was there. The answers were really short, no smile or anything, and it just felt awkward. They definitely had cute stuff, so maybe it was just an off day, but I left quickly because I felt uncomfortable

I messaged modernmillieshop.com about my order and got no reply for days. Sent a follow-up too, still nothing. Super frustrating when you just need a quick answer. Not a good experience.

"Refund took way too long"
I ordered from Modern Millie and, yeah... I ended up needing a refund. The whole process was way slower than I expected, it got frustrating after a while.

I kept having to check in because it kind of felt like nothing was moving unless I followed up. I get that maybe they were busy or backed up, but still... waiting around without much progress isn’t a great experience.

It did eventually get sorted, so I’ll give them that, but it took longer than it should have. I probably wouldn’t be in a hurry to order from them again after dealing with all that.

"Cute stuff, but come on"
I got my order give me a break — one item was completely wrong and another came in a color I definitely didn’t pick. It took a little while to get everything sorted out, which was annoying. The items are cute, so I’ll give them that, but they really need to double-check orders before sending them out

"I ordered this because the color looked really..."
I ordered this because the color looked really soft and muted in the pictures, which was exactly what I needed. What showed up was much brighter and just didn’t have the same look at all. I know colors can vary a bit from screen to screen, but this felt like a totally different shade. I’m disappointed because now I either have to deal with something I don’t really want or go through the hassle of returning it, and I hate feeling like I wasted money on something that doesn’t match what I expected.

"I found the website really frustrating to use"
I tried shopping on modernmillieshop.com, but i found the whole experience annoying. The pages were loading slowly for me, the filters didn’t really help me narrow things down, and the checkout process felt kind of clunky. I ended up giving up before placing an order. In my opinion, the site really needs to be smoother and easier to use...

"I thought this was going to feel a..."
I thought this was going to feel a little more worth it than it did. I’m fine spending extra on cute things, but the quality just didn’t match the price, and that was disappointing.
By the time shipping was added in, it felt even more overpriced. Then I found myself having to compare prices and look around for similar items after the fact, which was just extra work I didn’t want to deal with. I definitely could’ve found something cheaper elsewhere.

"I couldn't make sense of the tracking"
I placed my order and figured I’d be able to follow along with the tracking like usual, but it was really confusing. The updates barely changed, and I never really knew where my package was or when it was actually going to arrive. I kept checking over and over, but it still felt like I was just guessing. It made the whole shopping experience more frustrating than it needed to be...

"Not really size inclusive"
I was disappointed. They call it size inclusive, but there are barely any options above an XL. It also feels like the terms keep changing, because what they advertise doesn’t really match what’s available when you actually shop. Super frustrating.

"Pickup can be hit or miss"
Local pickup was kind of a hassle for me. It might work fine for some people, but in my experience it wasn’t convenient enough and felt more annoying than it should’ve been.

"Shipping wasn’t exactly cheap"
I liked the item, but I can’t say the shipping wasn’t too much for me. The cost just felt higher than I expected, and it made the whole order a lot less appealing.
